I Want to Die but I Want to Eat Tteokbokki by Baek Se-hee

I haven't read a book like this before, where the majority of it was set up as a back-and-forth between a person and her psychiatrist. I'm a bit hesitant to rate it because I have so little to compare it to. I found it overall pretty interesting to read the inner workings and her thoughts as she's reasoning through her mental processes and attitudes. I can't claim I didn't relate to some of her thoughts, so it's always reassuring to see on the page you aren't alone. I think the psychiatrists note toward the end was important to temper my tendency to put all of the stock in the healthcare professional in the equation XD. I was a little confused when they put the epilogue/psychiatrists note a few chapters before the end? It weirdly felt like the ending was placed out of order.
