This book really did a deep dive into relationships between women, especially when men are involved. It truly got me to reflect on why women are so envious of each other — and the characters of Melissa and Frances tackle this dynamic in a challenging way. Again, Sally Rooney writes the most relatable and devastating characters. For anyone with mental illness challenges or a chronic illness, this is a must read.
Graphic: Self harm
Moderate: Chronic illness, Infertility, Miscarriage
