While this book is urban fantasy and paranormal fiction, it's main genre is 100% comedy, in my opinion!

Fred is such a hilarious character, and his misadventures are such a good time. The book is episodic in nature, which allows the book to focus in on the comedy and chaos rather than character development and plot, and while I wouldn't expect that to be my thing, I LOVE that about this book. The author does it very well.

Each of the four episodes in this book add a new chaotic character to the crew, and it makes for a very funny and odd found family.

Can't wait to read the next book!
