It started out so good, and way to relevant feeling for a boom written so long ago, but by the end - I was ready for the many storylines to come together. There definitely is a bit of that macho-man writing style present in the late 90s action novels. I’ll probably read the other Baldacci novel that is sitting on my shelf but won’t be in a rush to pick up any others.
