gosh darn this book was a hot mess
where do i even start? i read paper swans by the same author a week ago and was not a great fan of it, to say the least but i just had to pick up 53 letters because the blurb was so enticing.
did the book live up to my expectations? no
there was simply too much amorous congress between troy and shayda and not enough shayda's relationship with her family. this wasn't a bad story, i just expected more depth to it.
on a side note: i find it funny how it's titled 53 letters to my lover when there weren't any letters exchanged at all except for a few measly emails toward the end XD
