Love & Other Disasters
by Anita Kelly
I first read this book almost 3 years ago after looking for fiction with nonbinary representation. I knew it was a romance, but I hadn't read books with particularly spicy scenes before and was surprised to ce across them here. I then immediately read One Last Stop by Casey McQuiston and realized that I could totally get into the queer romance genre. (I think it's in my top three genres for the year, actually.) Anyway, this one was totally worth a re-read after reading the rest of Anita Kelly's books this year. It was fun to see elements of future books hinted at, though a little strange to see the differences between their characters in the Nashville romance books and those in their Moonlighters series. Both are amazing though. I'm so glad to have found this author.
