Κουρδιστή πριγκίπισσα by Cassandra Clare
5.0
“And if the Thames that ran beside them, sure and silver in the afternoon light, recalled a night long ago when the moon shone as bright as a shilling on this same boy and girl, and if the stones of Blackfriars recalled the thred of their feet and thought to themselves: at last, the wheel comes full circle, they kept their silence.”
The Infernal Devices is a trilogy that from the first sentence in Clockwork Angel, "The demon exploded in a shower of ichor and guts", promised me the best of stories. My expectations meet reality and i fell in a story of love, betrayal, hate and family. As people say family doesnt end with blood and in this trilogy we see a family not by blood but by circumstances. My instantly love didnt decreased at all with the last book Clockwork Princess in the contrary it grew more on me.
Clockwork Princess is a beautiful read and the most well written in Cassandra Clare's works. I loved it. The way Tessa's love goes in both Will and Jem without choosing who she loves best. The plot twists were magnificent and even if i knew what was going to happen because i had read it in The mortal Instruments: City of Heavenly fire, the way it is written it made me be anxious and surprised at the end
