 It took me from the end of February to the middle of April to finish this book. Not because I'm a slow reader, but because I dreaded picking it up. I don't think cozy mysteries are my cup of tea; this one, in particular, was too much plot over character, an annoying "I'm not like the other girls" troupe, and characters who rely on others to run their business/bakery/bookstore/restaurant while they are dozing until noon and slowly solving mysteries involving legal things I don't understand. Meh, I had such high hopes and I wanted to like this so much! I hate being harsh to books but I didn't like this one :(
