Scratch: Writers, Money, and the Art of Making a Living by Manjula Martin

5.0

Majula Martin has assembled a brilliant, diverse set of perspectives on what it means to “make it” as a creator in the modern age. Even though the book is aimed at writers I found these essays relevant to all kinds of creative pursuits. I haven’t read a single volume in recent memory that has made me shout “YES” out loud quite as many times over the course of a single sitting. This is a collection creators of all stripes have been waiting for.
