I never take the time to actually write out reviews, but I think this one really deserves the attention. I've never read a book that made me feel so much at the same time it made me feel... absolutely nothing. As I read it, I kept having to stop, ground myself, remind myself that I was no longer an 18 year-old girl grappling with the strangeness of love from a person who cares more about the novelty of me than the truth of me. It hurt so good; I think I'll never touch this book again as long as I live.
