This was a very sweet story about not judging a book by its cover.

I didn’t enjoy it quite as much as book one but it was an easy read. The MMC’s immediate love for the MC felt a little OTT and there weren’t really any stakes or a climax to the plot.

I’ll be reading the third book regardless as it’s nice to take a break from angstier stories!
