This book had a solid ending but meandered it's way getting there. The humor is niche and I can see alot of people not Vining with it. I did but even I got annoyed by Rory sometimes. And Scarlett could have just been forthcoming about everything I think Rory would have still come To stay with her. Also some of the descriptions caught me off guard with thr grotesque nature but it really complimented thr humor in my opinion.


Was anyone else hoping Ian was thr werewolf?! Like obviously I am happy that he just stomachs everything but Mia really? It just wasn't the reveal I was hoping for. 


Honestly I think if the reveal was what I was hoping for the meandering would have been worth it. I rated it a 3.5 because it just felt like there could have been so much more done with it. Idk maybe urban supernatural fantasy doesn't work for me
