I'm a little upset that I kept putting this off to read around the holidays. It's not one of the chock-full-of-holiday cheer romances that really rely on the spirit of the season; the holiday is moreso the reason to push the characters into the setting. That aside, I'm glad I finally simply read it. I often find f/f romances lacking something, and I was pleased to find this one wasn't. It was just as charming as her previous novel, and I'm always a sucker for a demisexual main character. I love seeing that casually normalized without feeling soap-boxy or unusual.
