This was a very good book with a lot of my favorite tropes.
Brothers Best Friend
Workplace Romance
Hidden Relationship
One Bed
Grumpy/Sunshine
Opposites Attract
Enemies to Lovers
Lots of Steam

Typical Scrooge MMC (Drew) with a fun-loving, Christmas enthusiastic FMC (Kenzie) navigate the jolliest season together. This started off as a blind date gone bad for various reasons, turned into a forbidden/secret workplace romance.

Our Kenzie is an event planner and gets recruited by Drew to plan the Office Christmas party, at the last minute; but she will only take the job under the condition that HE be the one to help her.
During this event planning process, Kenzie works to get our Grumpy friend to not hate Christmas as much as he does.

I really liked Kenzie & Andrew as characters. With their tense relationship that slowly eases into friendship & eventually romantic, even with the fact that the attraction was instantaneous. With all of the time that they spend together while planning the Office party, it allows them to build their relationship, but there is just a little something missing to make me feel the connection & attraction. I just didn't feel the draw, even though the Author told me it was there. The romance & steam build slowly, but once it peaks - it does peak well. It was good spice.
