What the heck did I just listen to? I listened while going for a walk. It was only 25 mins long. Did my mind wander? Did I miss parts? Or did the story skip? Someone needs to listen to this or read it and let me know. OK...
This dog feels the need to build his vocabulary. I'm not sure if he knows the meaning to all of the words he uses. Everyone who listens to him thinks he's so smart bc of it. Next thing I know he's living with a family with a baby and a fire breaks out. He saves the baby but the dad thinks he is trying to hurt the baby. Parents realize they were wrong. He's been hailed a hero. Try to get him to come out of hiding.
The gentleman than read it wasn't the greatest reader. I would never choose to listen to him again. I figured I could deal with him since it was so short. So if you plan on listening, find a different narrator. Or just read it. It can't be too long if the audio was so short.
I purposely left out a bunch for those that would like to read the story to enjoy. But that was the jist of it right? I personally would not recommend it. I hate to say this but I would have to give this only ⭐⭐.
