i did really enjoy this whole book and i was invested. i loved celaena and she’s a badass. i made the decision to read the assassins blade first 👀 but i have no regrets. i was scared i “would be as emotional” as they say but ARE YOU KIDDING… it was still freaken emotional. Sam had me devastated even tho i knew it was coming from it being one of the only spoilers i’ve seen from the books. i don’t know if i could have taken being more devastated. I have a sneaky feeling the healer from this book is gonna come back…
