The book is beautiful. Well written in many places. Vivid descriptions; the writer is very lucid. Humour is perfect in places. There was one bit when he was very cagey and I didnt like that; wish he would tell the truth.
McMurphy is a beautiful person. But the book is so well written I actually disliked him exactly when he (the writer) was getting everyone to dislike him.
The characters are cool and emotion is captured beautifully, like in a glass capsule. The feeling of morning air or looking upon a town.
I wish I could be more like McMurphy, but alas I am me <3
That's it. I recommend getting through it for the good bits if you're finding it difficult.
I also wish I could discover more modern classics before they were designated or whatever.
I have too many books and they're all boring, but this was a good one.
