Daniel (Bible #27), ESV by Daniel

2.0

Daniel's story at the end of deconstructing King Cyrus religion of Bel was just sort of frustrating. He sort of acts as a less likeable Socrates, debunking traditional religion of foreigners while smuggling his own religion and values in. Just sort of dumb, at least the earlier prophetic writing is pretty excellent. Particularly the imagery with Alexander the Great. Anyway, better than Ezekiel at least.
