Confessions of a Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella
4.0

Can someone please tell me how can you not love Sophie Kinsella?
My brother suggested the movie adaptation of this book to me and I enjoyed it- A LOT! Then during one of my strolls, I accidentally laid eyes on the book (with Isla Fisher on the cover) and I just can't leave without buying it. I spend the night after with a lot of giggles and "uhuh" reactions while reading it. BECKY BLOOMWOOD is a total rockstar!

I can completely relate on Becky's perfectly awful journey in surviving the shopaholic life, for I'm an impulsive buyer myself! I enjoyed every mess Becky's got herself into and I both mourn and laugh for her unfortunate fate at the same time >:)
Since then, I started to buy the remaining books on her Shopaholic Series (because yeah, who can get enough of the legendary Becky Bloomwood, right?)

This book was actually the first book I've read outside the genre of fiction and fantasy- and it made me want to read more.
It's also a good thing that I have Sophie's books on my shelf- so that I can have something to read in between those fictional worlds.

So if you need some good laugh after mourning for those dreadful events on your fav character's life or you'd like to try something quite close to real life- I strongly suggest Sohpie Kinsella's books. You'll love Becky Bloomwood, trust me. :)
