Upon reading other peoples reviews I knew that this book would be different from the others in the series. There was still Nalini's typical action/suspense/sexy scenes, but you also got to see lots of different perspectives during their day-to-day lives. I was like a bunch of her short stories put together in a book. Yes, there were points that were slow but that makes sense because not everyday something fantastic happens. Probably what I liked most about the book was the ending, how everything ties itself together in a crazy was that it isn't till everyone is together that I went "wow she created an entire world here" I realized it before...but the entire magnitude of it really got to me. How each character flawlessly fit into each others lives, how everyone didn't become friends in a day, there had to be trust and communication.
Overall, I thought this book was a good closing book for this series. It will be interesting to see if she ever comes back to some of the characters when they are gown...one can hope!
