Okay, so I took a break between Caraval and Legendary because I really liked Scarlett and wasn’t sold on Tella and I’m pleased with my decision. I read another series between these two books, and it allowed me to enter this book with fresh eyes. Tella really grew on me; however, I really wish she’d cued Scarlett into what was going on. Scarlett would have been a great help, and this book wasn’t super complimentary to her. Julian also really got on my nerves. I’m very interested to see what happens with *Dante* and Jacks.
