I'd Give Anything by Marisa de los Santos

3.0

I love Marisa de los Santos because her books tend to suck me in fast and keep my interest. This book was a little different. The meat of the story didn’t come until about halfway through and unfortunately, my interest was gone by then. The jumping between 1997 and now didn’t add to the story in my opinion. I almost wish the big secret had been revealed in the prologue and then I would have been more invested.

Also, the marriage/divorce plot didn’t really grab me because I wasn’t invested in Harris as a character.
