Fantastic surprise

My friends were reading and enthusing over this book, so I picked it up. It’s the epitome of the grumpy one and the sunshine one, and the first 2/3 or so is mostly light and funny with the efforts of the golden rich boy trying to win over the closed-off poor boy with an unsavory past. In the last part of the book, that past has to be dealt with, and there is some angst but also love and growth all around.

This was my first book by this author, but definitely won’t be the last. I loved it.
