There are so many great reviews of this book out there that I don't know if I can possibly add anything - one review said that even if the book was mediocre (which it is not), the prologue is enough to warrant picking it up. The full prologue is available online through kindle sample or some simple google-fu so you have no excuse. Read it then share it with someone you know.
Tommy Orange tells an important story, one that’s not often heard, and systematically extinguished from our history books. But it's not history - its the present and future and must be acknowledged. It’s a story brimming with ideas and unique voices, a greater theme nested inside smaller versions of itself and woven together so beautifully.
