Of Dogs and Walls by Yūko Tsushima

Two very beautiful (and oddly similar) stories that present the challenging and changing relationships that two young women have to their families as they grow older. Truly beautiful!

Edit - read twice now. The second time, i changed this from 4.75 to 5.00. What was I thinking, this is incredible - both times exactly the same: I finish the book in awe and then begin to well up, the tears stinging my tear-ducts as if unwillingly thrust into salty productions - not ready for my new demand for tears. How can such a thing exist? How is this fiction?
