I truly went into this book with the most open of minds. I am no stranger to reading and hearing about kink and sex stuff, but I just could not finish this book. I started it intending to learn some more about how people write erotica literature, and I am seriously not one to yuck someone’s yum, unless your yum is incest, pedophilia, or rape. And like those are basically the first three things this book focused on. Like no ew gross??? No one should be getting off to this book when it focuses so heavily on those topics. And yes I understand this is fiction, but like still no one should be promoting having fantasies involving children! Because psychologically that will create pathways within the brain connecting children and sexual feelings, which can end up having a real world impact. I don’t know maybe I just missed the point but I don’t know why anyone would be turned on by this. Anyways this book made me feel truly icky and there was no chance I was going to finish it considering the subject matter.
