Better Than Fiction by Alexa Martin

Did not finish book. Stopped at 27%.

Honestly, the main reason I gave up on this book was that I was a quarter of the way through, and the main character's perspective would not shut up about how much she doesn't read and how much she hates authors, but we never find out why. How am I supposed to get invested in a romance with an author if the heroine hates authors?? And it's not even like it was angsty because I just didn't understand why.
