I heard lots of good things about this book, so it was on my list to read for a while. While I enjoyed this monster romance, it is not my favorite. The world-building was disappointing to me as well as some of the errors in the writing. 

I liked Orpheus. He was a cinnamon roll love interest that was pretty endearing despite the fact that he eats people...

If you like darker romances and weird peens, then you'll probably enjoy this.

The main issue I think some may find is the description of what happened to the first woman Orpheus had sex with. She had sex with him because she was scared he would kill her. He did not realize this at the time.
