Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell

I thought my 8th grade teacher was insane when she handed this to me. Just looking at the cover screamed bodice-ripper. how surprised I was by how strong a character Scarlet actually was. It's more of an epic historical novel then anything else. Definitely worth the time. A must read.
