book was slow paced, the characters weren't well developed, and the story was confusing.
i was tempted to put the book down many times, but kept hoping the story would get better, but it never did.
Sebastien was annoying, Evie has the 'poor me, love me' thing going on . the only character i really liked was Helen, but you never really got to know any of characters except for Lady Agnes. all in all i thought the book was drawn out and boring.
