It was an enjoyable enough read and I definitely found myself invested in the outcome of this book. I feel like I understood each character's personal decisions regarding the relationships by the end of the book, and I feel like it turned out for the best.
However, my biggest pet peeve with this book is just how bitter Felix is. I understand to an extent how much he was dealing with and how that impacted the way he felt, the things he said and the things he did. Yet, I also felt like he was unnecessarily spiteful for a solid 60% and it was either excused by other people, swept under the rug or just entirely forgotten about and left unaddressed. Not everyone will have a problem with this, but it did get under my skin a fair bit.
