I like this series a lot but I hate that it borrows so much from ACOTAR. The MFC is a lot cooler than Feyre bc she is a siren and has very interesting powers and had a really cool job in the first book. But I hate having to read/listen to the word mate 100 times like in ACOMAF. Rhys & Des are carbon copies basically. It’s annoying. But, the story line is very different & interesting from ACOTAR if you can look past the MMC similarities.
