Bleach, Volume 49 by Tite Kubo

5.0

I don't know, I just really like this volume but I can't put into words why.

My favourite side of Bleach isn't the ridiculously drawn out battles, ridiculously long missions or the ridiculously scantily clad women. What I love is the more sublte chapters that showcase characer depth and development. With the time skip that occurs at the start of this volume begins, it's fascinating to see how the characters have aged up and matured in their own unique ways. And best of all is Ichigo - thank you Tite Kubo for giving us the delicious angst content
