Cartwheel
by Jennifer duBois
I would have given this book a 4 were it not for it's ending.
The entire book had me riveted, not just as a murder mystery but as a commentary on life. So much of what the author wrote I found myself drawn to, like she was putting my own thoughts about life on paper.
This isn't an ordinary murder mystery, it's much more than that.
I can't get past the fact that we never find out who actually did it. I get that it's more about life than about the murder, but I can't help but be annoyed.
Had the ending been more satisfying, I would have given this a higher rating.
