Well that was creepy! I love Jackie Druga. She's the Queen of the Apocalypse, and she always does a great job setting the stage and freaking people out.
While there were a few things in the book that make you say, 'Hmmmmm....' and question how in the hell they could possibly happen that way (I'm looking at you, Baltimore), you just have to let it go. It's a fiction book. If you try and pick apart every single thing, you're taking yourself out of the story and missing the point.
I definitely recommend this and almost every other Druga book. I'm wondering if she's planning a book two for this? I see the listing says 'Earth Endures, #1', but the book closed on what could absolutely be a final ending. Personally, I'd love to explore 'Noah' and the rest of the planet a lot more, but I guess I'll just have to wait and see!
