Wonder
by R.J. Palacio
At the beginning I thought the main character would be a 10 year old so that kind of disappointed me cause I thought I wouldn't relate to the book. However, I found out that there are many points of view and the one I could relate the most was August's big sister. It was a moving book and it made you realize how words can affect people and it also made you wonder why the world has become so cruel. It was one of the books where I actually did like the ending which is quite rare. I've read some AMAZING books which had awful endings so the ending for me now plays a pretty important role in a book and the author in this one nailed it. I give it a 4/5 just because it's not one of the books I really really really liked the story even though I did like it and it had an important message to send but it just wasn't what I usually read. It still is an amazing book and I recommend everyone to read it!
