The Will to Change: Men, Masculinity, and Love by bell hooks

As someone who is only just becoming an adult, a lot of this book didn't feel applicable to me.  However, anything that did apply to me felt revelatory and revolutionary, with ideas of men becoming emotionally open and vulnerable, understanding how patriarchy has hurt us, feeling enlightening.  Even as someone who is fairly entrenched in leftist discourse, these ideas felt clearly defined, simply explained, and most importantly practical and applicable.
