Scorpio Hates Virgo by Anyta Sunday

To borrow what a friend said when she saw I was reading this book: a very summery and fun read for those cold-as-fuck European winter days!

Content warnings include: death of relative, parent leaves pregnant partner and children, grief, homophobia; mentions of parents kicking out child.

Scorpio Hates Virgo, like the other books in the Signs of Love series, is a feel-good novel with lots of snark, flirting and slow-burn romance.
This time around there wasn't as much obliviousness to the characters - they are more open with their feelings and can read each other very well. Despite what the blurb says I wouldn't say this is an enemies-to-lovers romance, more friends-who-won't-quite-admit-the-friends-part-out-loud-to-lovers.

I enjoyed reading this a lot, but I must admit that I was very confused at the beginning about the relationships of the characters, especially Percy's family. It clears up with passing pages, but until the end I wasn't 100% sure about some things.

Overall a wonderful read that delighted me, especially the demisexual rep, the jokes, and the dinosaurs.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
