Okay but not what I expected
When I read the blurb I thought it would have more than references to magic but I was wrong. The magic it had was interesting but I not enough for me.
I had this book a part of my Christmas reading list. Thought it would be Christmasy. The time frame of the story, name of the town and residents was as Christmasy as it got.
With that said I liked the book and the author. I am going to read the next book in this series.
