This book was not it for me. The first book was much better. I kept reading and waiting for the story to become better but it never really did. I'm glad I finished it. In retrospect, I felt like I wasted my time reading it. :(

It could be worse but it could be much much better. I would skip this one.

I liked Maeve and Knox though. They probably are the reason I didn't DNF.
