Unfortunately (or fortunately) I read うずまき first which is the pinnacle of 伊藤’s work so it’s been a downhill from there. I guess this is where I stop.
I skimmed half of this collection and only liked the eponymous story — Smashed, and Earthbound is interesting too. The setting in I Don’t Want to Be a Ghost is enticing, a human that hunts and devours ghost?! A reverse of the stereotypical script yet still chilling. However the story itself is bad.
