I’ll admit, my standards were a LITTLE high with Funny You Should Ask in mind. I think overall this was well written, and the story was a fun ride from start to finish. But it did feel really formulaic from the last book. There were only maybe one or two moments that felt surprising / tense and the rest felt fairly predictable. I was always just wanting a little bit more while reading this, and it admittedly took me a bit to get into this when I started reading.  Overall I think if you like this genre and read it often, youll have fun with it, but I was hoping for a bit more from this so hence why I rated it the way I did.
