Overall the story was okay, (mostly) I thought about dnfing a few times towards the end of the book. (zzzzzz). I didn't like either mc and therefore was not remotely invested in their relationship. The ever present detailed description of the emotions flickering through Levi's eyes at all times was outrageous. The miscommunication trope held a heavy presence. I hate that trope. If an authors going to use it, the characters need to communicate and resolve the issue at light speed (this one lasted 10 years, pardon me while I go dig a hole 6 ft deep). Sana was the light at the end of the tunnel. I'd have been more interested following her story, she was spunky.
We spent more time at Tea Tide hanging out with the scones than at any of the fake dates. I'm literally surprised we didn't get a scone recipe at the end of the story.
