Forever Never by Lucy Score

5.0

This book is delightfully amazing. I love every single book that our Lucy Score writes and I always say that the newest is better than the last. Yep... Still holds true!

Ok. First, let's talk about the setting of this book. Mackinac Island, Mi. Have I physically been to this amazing little town? No. Did Lucy describe Mackinac Island so perfectly that I more feel like I'm a lifelong resident? She totally did. Lucy's writing about small towns and their residents is seriously the best. She knows how to transport you to the scene and make you feel like you've always lived there. I absolutely adore the setting for Forever Never.

The story itself is out of this world. Our main characters, Brick & Remi give us this slow burn interaction. They've known one another for 15 years. Brick is set with these rules he's made for himself. Remi is a carefree artist who is up for adventure. When the volcano between these two.... Good gracious, it really erupts! The connection, the slow burn, the STEAM... It's seriously the best. This book is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Lucy or wants to read her for the first time.

If I could give this book 10 stars I totally would!
