I liked this book much better than her first book, 'Girl, Wash Your Face.' I definitely wouldn't categorize this as a 'Christian' book, so it's much more enjoyable to approach it without that expectation. This book has much more practical advice than her first book; I felt that it offered me concrete steps to act on the motivation that the book made me feel.
