Ah, the classic "let out a breath she didn't know she was holding". There were also like 3 or 4 separate times when Emika explained that she plays a hacked version of the game so her level is low. Like, I know, you explained that twice already.
But otherwise, HOLY HELL why didn't I read this years ago when I actually bought the book?? How many other gems are on my shelves that are just sitting there unread and unappreciated??
I'm absolutely rubbish at guessing plot twists so for a book like this, that's a quality I love to have because my heart was literally racing in the last couple of chapters and I was blown away.
Off the buy the next book 👏🏻
