Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnay

4.0

A really well-written story with two plotlines that definitely come together super well! It was of course disturbing to read about the round-up to Auschwitz from the little girl's point of view, but it was really realistic and tasteful. The second plotline with the "current times" was also good - a little painful at times, but the ending was definitely the most powerful for both plots. I definitely recommend this - but a warning that some of the material is very realistic and saddening.
