Reading The Pact for the second time, this time as a mother of a preteen, has affected me differently than the last time (15ish years ago). I just kept wanting to scream "tell someone!!!" But then, I guess, there wouldn't be a story 🤷🏼‍♀️ Just as gut wrenching as the first time though.
