The Guncle Abroad by Steven Rowley
4.0
I loved the Guncle and was really curious/concerned for what a sequel might entail. But somehow, Steven Rowley managed to recreate the magic from the first one.
As sequels go, it still wasn't as good as the first, but it was still really well done and did a good job of continuing to capture how much of a journey it is to heal from grief, and how important it is to go through that journey.
Had some real strong Mamma Mia vibes.
