Mortality
by Christopher Hitchens
Written by Christopher Hitchens, Mortality is a memoir that provides great insight into the mind of an atheist who is faced with death. He takes time to reflect on his past and the hardships he has faced as a result of being an atheist. Towards the end of Hitchen's story he is only able to relay his thoughts in phrases; this part was particularly difficult for me to read. Overall, this short memoir is heartfelt and honest.
